Pasta & Truffles supplies a premium quality organic extra virgin olive oil obtained from olives harvested in Le Marche, a region of Central Italy mainly devoted to agriculture. It is a blend of local olives, Raggiola, Leccino, Frantoio e Moraiolo, hand picked early in the season, in October – when the oil content is lower but superior in quality – and cold pressed within hours of picking.
The result is a fresh, fruity evo, very well-rounded and balanced between fruitiness, pungency and light bitterness. Characterized by an extraordinary versatility in cooking, its flavour enhances all kinds of dishes without overpowering them. It is great with salads, soups, meat and fish.
