Pasta with Curry
It does not come from India, but from Southern Italy. This curry pasta has a unique texture and taste. It is made by Pastificio del Duca from Puglia, where the best Italian wheat is grown and harvested.
Top quality semolina (flour ground from hard durum wheat) is mixed with curry powder. The resulting dough is then pressed through bronze dies (stamps) to obtain different shapes. The long drying process ensures the superior quality of this artisanal pasta.

The curry pasta curry is delicious with fish, clams or shrimp sauces. But it can also be served on its own with extra virgin olive oil, cheese or another flavouring of your choice.
