Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Le Cerase
Le Cerase is a premium quality single estate extra virgin olive oil, obtained from four different varieties of olives: leccino, frantoio, coratina, and ogliarola. Organically grown in Puglia, Italy, the olives are hand picked early in season, when the oil content is lower but superior in quality, and cold pressed within hours of picking.
The final result is EV olive oil with a distinct aroma and character, with high levels of antioxidant rich polyphenols, and less than 0,2% acidity.
Le Cerase has a fruity taste, with well-balanced bitter and spicy flavours. It will enhance the taste of your soups, meats, and grilled vegetables. Also indicated for salad dressing or a bread-dipping appetizer.
